Trash is normally picked up on Tuesdays. After a holiday or heavy snow, it will be delayed by a day.

When are annual fees due and how should I pay?

Dues are billed in December with payment due by January 1. Payments can be made check by to Stillwater Estates Homeowners Association and mailed to:

Can I store a travel trailer or boat in my back yard?

CCR’s state that trailers, campers, camping trailers, pickup campers, boats, trucks over 3/4 ton and unlicensed vehicles must be screen from public view. If any part of the item can be seen from the street, even if behind a fence, then they are prohibited.

Can I store my garbage can in the front of my house?

CCR’s state equipment for the disposal of waste, trash, etc shall be concealed except for pickup and must be removed from the street by 6:00pm on day of pick up. Trash cans can not be left in front of garage, in driveway, etc. Please place them out of view.

Can I rent my house out on Vrbo or Airbbnb?

CCR’s state no profession, business or manufacture trade or commercial activity may be conducted on the premises.

The Montana Supreme Court has ruled that this applies to Vrbo, Airbnb, and Short Term Rentals, etc. As of January 1st, 2026 the HOA will begin enforcing this rule. Please contact the HOA Board for more information.
